Organisation Insights is a startup founded in 2024.

Organisation Insights is offering a fresh and new perspective into the market of business transformation. 

Our mission is to mobilize a collaborative process within an organisation to navigate a transformation journey.

Our expertise has a focus on the digital aspect, but that does not mean this is an IT specific viewpoint.

Therefore our processes focus on 4 key pillars, representing Organisation, Technology, Change and Strategy.

We're augmenting the overall journey with insights that usually reside in static documentation, brainpower of people and a swarm of assumptions.

Because we prefer to stay on target, we're not intending to offer services to execute change programs.

We recommend to engage a partnership with specialized partners in  delivery programs.

We are applying our expertise to create factual insights across all levels of an organisation, with the aim to create insights of the current state and leverage that information to empower organisations to use these insights for decisions on a next step in a transformation journey.   

 

We will focus on creating a starting point of the transformation journey. And providing the ability to monitor the position during that journey. And when the journey changes, through controlled or uncontrolled circumstances, still be able to track the position and identify the impact.
